Northwest Food Partners Network
Created to the serve the food security needs of the Northwest side of Chicago, The Northwest Food Partners Network (NFPN) is an alliance of organizations dedicated to building food security in our communities. We consist mostly of emergency food providers that work collaboratively to share resources, coordinate food distribution, and provide comprehensive food programming that empowers residents to engage in a sustainable food system that promotes healthy and active lives.
